    The protective device, made in the form of a cap, contains a cover 1 and a metal casing 2, mounted without a gap on the sleeve case 3 of elastomeric material with a thickened end or in the form of a metal plug 4, contains a cover 5 and a sleeve case 6 installed from the plug 4 without clearance elastomeric material with a thickened end, while the casing 2 or plug 4 is made in the form of a pipe with a bent or folded edge 7 at their outer ends, and the edge 7 is made annular or oval 8, or in the form of tea or a full helix 9, and the tip 3 or the cover 6 is placed inside the flange of the curved edge 7 of the casing 2, or the plug 4, the free edge 7 is bent overlapped with the tip of the tip 3 or
